Minimum order - There is no minimum order value.
When are new products added to the website? - Many new products are added every week so check back regularly or sign up to our mailing list.
Do you ship to all countries? - We ship to most countries. Please send us an email before purchase so we can give the the specific shipping fees for your country.
What types of payment do you accept? - We accept PayPal, Cheque and Postal Order. If you don't have a PayPal account it takes seconds to set up an account! If you would like to pay by cheque or postal order please email us at all-thatglitters@live.co.uk with the items you would like to buy. We will send you name to make the postal order/cheque out to and the address to post it to. Please note: If you choose to pay buy check we will note send out the goods until the cheque has cleared. This is normally 3-5 working days, we will email you when your goods are dispatched. You can also pay securely via CREDIT CARD without having a PayPal account... without even setting one up!
How Quickly Will My Order Be Dispatched? - Most orders will be sent out the next working day by 1st Class post. If you have any special requirements please let us know and we will do our best to assist you.
How Much is Postage? - Postage is only £3.25 however much you buy. If you spend over £50.00 in one transaction you will get free postage on that order. If you have spent over £39.00 in one transaction your package will be sent by recorded delivery - at no extra cost to you!!
RETURNS POLICY.
Returns are only accepted if the item is returned in its original SALEABLE condition, the following items CANNOT be returned for hygiene reasons; Body Jewellery and Earrings. If the item is damaged or faulty please return it in secure packaging. Please email us at all-thatglitters@live.co.uk before returning to us, stating the problem, your name and the item in question. Returns must be made within 7 days of reciept. Thank-you
POSTAGE.
All That Glitters accept no responsibility for any items lost after posting. Proof of postage is always obtained and if requested we will send via recorded delivery. If an order excedes Royal Mail's £39 insurance catchment we will pay for extra insurance. This will be included in the postage cost and at no extra cost to you.
